Job summary

Edmunds is seeking an adaptable Project Manager to support delivery for our software development teams in a remote-first, hybrid environment based in Santa Monica, CA. You will join a close-knit Program Management team reporting to our Director of Program Management to support our Product & Technology departments.

You’ll manage 2–3 cross-functional software teams, apply Agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive improvements to keep initiatives on time and aligned with

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience delivering software/web development projects.
• Hands-on with Agile scrum and Kanban in cross-functional teams (5–10 people).
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization and facilitate meetings.
• Strong facilitation, quick learner, and effective translator across roles.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Apps, JIRA, Slack) and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for 2–3 cross-functional software development teams.
• Support portfolio initiatives spanning multiple teams under senior PM oversight.
• Construct timelines, plan, and support execution using Agile principles.
• Facilitate scrums, planning, and retrospectives; ensure blockers are resolved.
• Build relationships to drive team efficiency and refine team processes.
• Champion process improvements, morale, and productivity; adapt to changing priorities.
• Support resource planning and organizational activities with the PM team.
