Job summary

Edmentum, a Remote First education technology company based in Minnesota, seeks a Technical Product Manager to turn strategy into tangible, technically feasible solutions for educators and learners. You will coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure clarity and scalable delivery.

You will drive MVPs, prototypes, and tech discovery, manage dependencies, and shape the technical roadmap. Expect data-driven decisions, strong collaboration, and a focus on SaaS in education.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product or technical product management experience in SaaS/education tech.
• Experience leading technical product work with engineering teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear scope, requirements & acceptance criteria.
• Experience conducting MVPs, spikes, prototypes and surfacing feasibility risks.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into actionable technical plans and requirements.
• Lead technical discovery including MVPs, spikes, and prototypes.
• Surface trade-offs, dependencies, and non-functional requirements with Engineering/Architecture.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to align work with capacity and delivery constraints.
• Build and maintain the technical roadmap and backlog for your area.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Define success metrics and use data to assess post-launch performance.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation paths.
