Job summary

Edmentum is seeking a Senior leader to own and scale its Professional Learning practice nationally. You will design content grounded in adult learning science, build a national team, and define the operating model, metrics, and commercial approach across CS, Sales, and Product.

You will partner with executives to communicate impact and drive education outcomes. This role fits a builder who can shape a new function within a remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building and leading professional learning or education programs in EdTech or related field.
• 4+ years leading teams.
• Expert in adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Experience scaling a function with operating model, staffing, and quality standards.
• Data-driven with defined success metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-year roadmap for Professional Learning and scale nationally.
• Direct design of content grounded in adult learning science and real educator conditions.
• Build and lead a national team of specialists and managers, plus trainer network.
• Define impact metrics and dashboards in partnership with CS Operations.
• Shape the commercial model for pricing, packaging, and bundling with Sales.
• Serve as strategic voice across Customer Success, Product, Research, Sales, and Enablement.
• Brief executives and educators to secure alignment and support.
