Zūm, a connected mobility platform for student transportation, is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to drive process improvements across fleet, safety, and maintenance. You will define KPIs and dashboards and coordinate cross-functional programs with Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, and Product teams.

We value strong analytical skills, mastery of Excel and SQL, and a proven track record of delivering large initiatives from problem definition to execution.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in operations, program management, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and SQL.
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from problem definition to execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement and standardization across fleet, safety, compliance, and maintenance workflows.
• Define and implement KPIs and dashboards to track performance at site, regional, and company levels.
• Lead cross-functional programs with Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, and Product teams.
