Zūm Services, Inc. in Redwood City, CA, is hiring a Senior Program Manager, Operations Excellence to drive scalable process improvements and KPI frameworks across fleet, safety, compliance, and maintenance.

You will collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, Product, and field teams to ensure consistent execution and measurable impact across locations. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days a week in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• The role requires 5–10+ years in operations, program management, or process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in consulting, strategic finance, logistics, manufacturing or related operations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement, standardization, and performance management across fleet, safety, compliance, and maintenance.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to track performance at site, regional, and company levels.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, and Product.
• Ensure disciplined execution with milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead change management and adoption of new processes and KPI frameworks.
