Job summary

Zūm is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Operations Excellence to drive process improvement, standardization, and performance management across our transportation network in the United States. The role focuses on scalable processes and KPI frameworks spanning fleet operations, safety, compliance, and maintenance to improve efficiency and cost performance.

You will partner with Operations, Fleet, Safety, Finance, Product, and field teams to ensure consistent execution and measurable impact across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
5–10+ years of experience in operations, program management or process improvement.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with senior leadership.
Experience building KPI frameworks and dashboards.
Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify inefficiencies and design scalable SOPs across fleet, safety, compliance, and maintenance.
Define KPIs and build dashboards for site, regional, and company levels.
Lead cross-functional programs and align stakeholders to drive progress.
Drive execution with milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Lead change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
