Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or process improvement.
• Background in consulting, strategic finance, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and cadences.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL preferred.
• Experience in transportation, fleet operations, safety, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-impact process improvement across operations and maintenance workflows.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to track site, regional, and company performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders for execution.
• Ensure disciplined execution with milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead change management and adoption of new processes and KPI tools.
