Scalepex is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Innovation Frontier and lead a top client project starting in 2025. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across multiple streams.

This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing scope, budget, and schedule, identifying risks, and keeping stakeholders updated with clear reports. Strong JIRA experience and data-platform thinking are a plus in a fast-paced, remote-capable

Qualifications

• Extensive experience owning complex programs across multiple development streams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with JIRA to manage programs and track progress.
• Ability to drive issues to resolution and challenge stakeholders when needed.
• Experience delivering large data-focused programs and projects.
• Ability to communicate status, issues, and risks to executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute programs ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple development streams.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Collaborate with software architects, engineers, developers, and product teams.
• Diagnose technical issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage program escalations and help assemble project teams.
• Produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
