You will partner with Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Legal to keep initiatives on track from concept through activation, delivering timely results across multiple advertisers and partner programs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, real-time allocation transitions, and building self-service workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key program milestones end to end with XFN stakeholders.
• Build relationships across engineering, data science, product, and legal.
• Develop communications and reports for activation.
• Own the cross-team timeline and manage dependencies.
• Use data to create progress reports for leadership.
• Triage inquiries and escalations to resolution.
