Job summary

Everforth Apex in New York, NY (Remote) is seeking a temporary Program Manager III to oversee cross-functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for incentive programs and marketing science.

You will run end-to-end operations for new measurement pilots, managing enrollment, eligibility, credit allocation, and disbursement, while coordinating with analytics and marketing science to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in program or project management supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with client platforms in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Incentive program planning, operations, measurement, or lifecycle management.
• Marketing science experience including measurement concepts and data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to produce clear updates.
• Ability to work independently and deliver in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning and daily execution across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners on requirements, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Drive program operating rhythms: status reports, agendas, notes, and action items with documentation.
• Monitor performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with analytics/marketing science to translate insights into actions.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and help implement scalable workflows.
• Build tracking dashboards and leadership updates, document SOPs.
