Samsara is seeking a Senior Web Program Manager to oversee complex digital programs across cross-functional teams, aligning vision with actionable roadmaps. You will partner with Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end developers to deliver strategic launches and website updates.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement in a remote US-based setting within Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience at a digital agency and/or internal digital department.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Airtable, Jira, Google Sheets) and experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Tableau.
Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes to increase efficiency.
Strong understanding of the digital production process, timelines, and scoping requirements.
Experience launching digital solutions, including ongoing analysis and continuous product improvements.
Working knowledge of the technical software development process and Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
Ability to work effectively with agency providers, consultants, contractors, and other external suppliers; proactive in resolving obstacles and risks.

Responsibilities

Own all phases of complex, cross-functional digital programs — from inbound ticket management to planning through delivery.
Develop holistic program plans including business requirements, technical specs, schedules, funding, and resource plans.
Track milestones, tasks and deliverables; provide status updates to stakeholders and senior executives; mitigate risks and dependencies.
Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
Bridge vision and execution by translating objectives into actionable program roadmaps.
Interface with executives to align on priorities, timelines, and approval frameworks; present program progress and website demos.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute launches, campaigns, website updates and other digital initiatives.
Document website development processes; establish and scale best practices; introduce mitigation tactics.
