Job summary

Pearl is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to orchestrate multiple cross-functional projects in a fully remote US environment. You will build detailed plans, drive execution, and surface risks with clear communication to leadership.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, coordinate with engineering, product, marketing, and operations, and establish repeatable PM practices to improve portfolio health.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience at a startup or small company with delivery teams.
• Strong PM fundamentals: work breakdown, dependency mapping, estimation, risk management, and status communication.
• Excellent facilitation skills to lead planning with cross-functional teams.
• High follow-through with attention to detail; ability to close loops.
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative planning in a remote-first environment.
• Clear, concise written communication for documentation and updates.
• Proficiency with Notion, AI tools, and automation for program management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for multiple concurrent projects and programs.
• Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams to break initiatives into tasks and owners.
• Run day-to-day project execution with standups, status tracking, risks, and action items.
• Administrate project plans via Pearl’s Notion instance.
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution, escalating when needed.
• Keep documentation and status reporting accurate and actionable for teams and leadership.
• Coordinate handoffs and dependencies across departments to prevent slips.
• Partner with Product and VP of Operations to build lightweight PM practices.
• Support portfolio health rollups for leadership visibility.
