Job summary

Pearl is seeking a hands-on program manager to drive multiple cross-functional projects in a remote, US-based setting. You will build and maintain detailed plans with engineering managers, product, marketing, and operations, translate priorities into executable work, surface risks, and keep stakeholders informed.

You will lead day-to-day execution, run standups, track progress, manage risk logs, and ensure clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of project or program management experience, with demonstrated ownership of multiple concurrent cross-functional projects.
• Experience at a startup or small company where you worked directly with delivery teams.
• Strong command of core PM fundamentals: work breakdown, dependency mapping, estimation, risk management, and status communication.
• Excellent facilitation skills: able to run a planning session with a room of busy people and leave with documented commitments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for multiple concurrent projects and programs.
• Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams to break initiatives into tasks, estimates, dependencies, and owners.
• Run day-to-day project execution: standups or check-ins, status tracking, risk and issue logs, and action-item follow-through.
• Administrate communication and project plans via Pearl’s instance of Notion.
• Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution with leadership recommendations.
• Keep project documentation, trackers, and status reporting accurate and useful for teams and leadership.
