SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Market Performance to lead initiatives enhancing market and provider performance. You will partner with Market Performance leaders, Analytics, and Provider Relations to translate strategies into actionable workplans and dashboards that drive care quality and affordability.

You will oversee multiple projects, manage timelines and budgets, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders, influencing decisions that improve member experience

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience in healthcare operations, provider networks, or value-based care.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
