Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Access to Care to oversee multiple health-plan programs and lead cross-functional teams. You will develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of related experience with a health plan, managed care, or other healthcare related organization.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong management skills.
• Ability to develop and mentor others.
• Translates enterprise vision into clear strategic priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Advanced project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple programs within the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, monitor progress, allocate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives and special projects that advance health plan performance, provider partnerships, and market growth.
• Communicate with stakeholders, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Plan, organize, and guide projects and matrixed employees; ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
• Promote program delivery with budgeting, staffing, and performance tracking; provide regular updates to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate strategy with operations and drive value for members.
