Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare insurance/healthcare tech or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy and project pipelines for accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales for pre-sales implementation proposals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services and solutions.
• Monitor project health, schedule, margin, and utilization.
• Negotiate Statements of Work and contractual terms.
• Manage profitability at client and portfolio levels.
• Escalate and resolve critical customer situations.
