HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Program Management Director to lead the delivery of Professional Services for a portfolio of HealthEdge customers. You will partner with Account Management, Sales and clients to align needs and assemble cross-functional teams delivering high-quality, on-time solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services, monitor project health, and optimize risk, profitability, and client satisfaction across a remote, multi-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of consulting or portfolio management within Professional Services.
• 5+ years in healthcare insurance/healthcare tech industry.
• 10+ years of consulting and project management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy and pipeline for accounts.
• Evaluate prospective customer needs and develop pre-sales implementation proposals.
• Estimate and propose solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain a pipeline of upcoming projects and re-forecast resource demands.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services and solutions.
• Monitor project health: schedule, margin, utilization.
• Identify and mitigate risks at project and org level.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align expectations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and drive improvements.
