Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Director of Program Management to oversee the delivery of Professional Services for a portfolio of HealthEdge customers. You will collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and clients to define needs and assemble cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In this role you will build strategic project pipelines, lead Project Managers and Technical Leads, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction across multiple time zones in a hybrid/remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Professional Services or portfolio management.
• 10+ years of consulting and project management experience.
• Healthcare insurance/healthcare tech industry experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Executives to develop a long-term strategy and pipeline of projects for each account.
• Collaborate with Sales to evaluate needs and develop pre-sales implementation proposals.
• Leverage Professional Services resources to estimate and propose solutions.
• Maintain a pipeline of upcoming projects and forecast resource demands and revenue.
• Assist in creating and negotiating Statements of Work for delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services and solutions.
