Job summary

HealthEdge seeks a Program Management Director to lead professional services delivery for a portfolio of customers. You will work with Account Management, Sales and clients to shape delivery, assemble cross-functional teams and assure high-quality outcomes.

You will manage project health, risks, profitability and staffing, develop solutions proposals, negotiate SOWs, and mentor project managers and technical leads while aligning with customer and HealthEdge objectives in a remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years leading a consulting practice or portfolio within Professional Services.
• 5+ years in healthcare insurance/healthcare technology or related field.
• 10+ years in consulting and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in negotiating and managing conflict.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with C-suite executives and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive and adaptable under pressure.
• Experience negotiating Statements of Work.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy and project pipelines for accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to craft presales implementation proposals.
• Leverage Professional Services resources to propose solutions.
• Forecast resource needs and revenue to optimize staffing.
• Support creation and negotiation of Statements of Work.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services and solutions.
• Monitor project health: schedule, margin, utilization, objectives.
• Mitigate risks at project and organizational levels.
• Align expectations with HealthEdge and customer leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive service improvements.
• Track client portfolio P&L and profitability.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
