Resource Informatics Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Director to lead end-to-end service delivery for a major Healthcare/Medicaid client. You will be the operational authority, guiding software systems, IT infrastructure, and service levels while safeguarding account margins.

Responsibilities include leading contract adherence, cross-functional alignment, governance reporting, and executive stakeholder engagement, with direct leadership of delivery managers and technical teams in Sacramento.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of leadership in large enterprise IT programs.
• Deep experience in Medicaid/Health & Human Services or Healthcare IT.
• Strong contract, SLA governance and margin optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Direct end-to-end program delivery aligned with SLAs and contracts.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Establish governance and performance metrics for executive reporting.
• Balance client delivery with cost efficiency to protect margins.
• Build deep executive relationships across client organizations.
• Lead and develop delivery managers and technical teams.
