Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Program Management Director to oversee the delivery of Professional Services for a portfolio of customers. You will assemble cross-functional teams and work with Account Management, Sales, and customers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will drive strategy, proposal development, SOWs, and risk management while leading teams of Project Managers, Consulting Leads, and Technical Product Leads. This role requires senior-level communication and a focus on customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years leading a consulting or professional services practice or portfolio.
• 10+ years of consulting and project management experience preferred.
• Experience with healthcare insurance or health tech is required.
• Ability to interact with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy and project pipelines for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales to craft pre-sales implementation proposals.
• Leverage Professional Services resources to design solutions.
• Maintain project and staffing forecast to optimize resource use.
• Create and negotiate Statements of Work for services.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver services and solutions.
• Monitor project health, schedule, margins, and utilization.
• Identify and mitigate project and organizational risks.
• Align customer expectations with HealthEdge leadership.
• Drive best practices and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Track client-level P&L with PMO and Finance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
