Technology Service Corporation (TSC) invites qualified professionals to join Product Solutions Division as a Program Controls Analyst IV. You will conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and cost scheduling to support government contracts, with emphasis on WIP and inventory accounting, and collaborate with DoD contracts and multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project controls.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.
• Experience/knowledge in WIP Accounting and Production Inventory Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support the Division and Program decision-making, analyze profitability for contractual milestones, and prepare profit models.
• Maintain monthly budget vs. actual analysis, create forecasts, and identify risks such as cost overruns or underspending.
• Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract, and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
• Develop and maintain Production WIP Accounting and Inventory Accounting reporting.
• Responsible for program financial forecast including development and management of EAC.
