Job summary

Technology Service Corporation Defense Services is seeking a Program Controls Analyst IV to join the fast-paced PS Division. You will analyze financials, forecast costs, and manage EAC for government contracts while interfacing with program managers and DoD-related activities.

The role requires deep experience in WIP and inventory accounting, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work remotely within the United States. Some travel may be required as programs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Experience with WIP and Production Inventory Accounting.
• Production Finance experience.
• Experience in government contract financials (CPFF, T&M, FFP).
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate in a team.
• Analytical and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support programs and decisions.
• Maintain budget vs. actual analyses and develop forecasts.
• Monitor program costs and perform estimates against budget.
• Develop and maintain WIP and Inventory accounting reporting.
• Manage program EAC and cost baseline data.
• Create and support budgets and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and DoD regulations.
• Collaborate with contracts, finance, and program teams on deliverables.
