Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is seeking a Program Controls Analyst IV to join our Product Solutions Division in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial analysis, cost scheduling, and government contract accounting experience, including WIP and inventory processes, to support program-level decision-making and budgeting.

The role involves developing EACs, forecasting, and collaborating with program managers, subcontractors, and the contracts team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls or equivalent.
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain DOD secret clearance.
• Experience in WIP Accounting and Production Inventory Accounting.
• Defense industry experience with government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support program decisions; analyze profitability and track cost performance.
• Maintain budget vs. actual analysis and produce forecast reports.
• Monitor program costs across labor, material, subcontract, and ODCs.
• Develop and maintain WIP and Inventory accounting reporting.
• Manage program financial forecasts including EAC development.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on monthly forecasts and funding requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, government regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and ad-hoc analyses.
