Job summary

TSC's Product Solutions (PS) Division seeks a Program Controls Analyst IV to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Remote-work arrangement with travel as needed. You will support government contracts with financial analytics, cost scheduling, and accounting, including WIP and inventory insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in project controls.
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.
Experience in government contract financials (CPFF, T&M, FFP) and the Defense industry.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support divisional decisions and profitability.
Maintain budget vs. actual analyses and prepare forecasts.
Monitor program costs and analyze labor, material, subcontract, and ODC estimates.
Develop and maintain Production WIP Accounting and Inventory Accounting reporting.
Manage program forecasts including Estimate-at-Complete (EAC).
Coordinate budgets and respond to contract requirements and modifications.
