Technology Service Corporation (TSC) invites a Program Controls Analyst IV to join our PS Division. The role focuses on financial analytics, program cost scheduling, and government contract accounting to ensure projects remain on time and within budget.

Some travel may be required; remote work is available. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in WIP and inventory accounting, and a proven ability to work with DoD contract financials while interfacing with multiple departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in project controls.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Experience/knowledge in WIP and Production Inventory Accounting.
• Experience with government contract financials (CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc).
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision making and profitability assessment.
• Maintain monthly budget vs. actual analysis and produce forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze program costs including labor, material, subcontract, and ODC estimates.
• Develop and maintain Production WIP and Inventory Accounting reporting.
• Manage program financial forecast and EAC development.
• Support creation and maintenance of budgets across programs.
