Job summary

TSC's Product Solutions Division is seeking a Program Controls Analyst IV to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role emphasizes financial analytics, program cost scheduling, and government contract accounting with focus on WIP and inventory reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years in project controls, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance. Some travel may be required, and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project controls.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD secret clearance.
• Experience/knowledge in WIP and Production Inventory Accounting.
• Experience in government contract financials (CPFF, T&M, FFP).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support program decisions and profitability.
• Maintain budget vs. actual analysis and prepare forecasts with program managers and subcontractors.
• Monitor program costs including labor, materials, subcontract, and ODC estimates.
• Develop and maintain WIP and Inventory accounting reporting.
• Responsible for program EAC development and management.
• Support budgeting, policy implementation, and data analysis for contracts.
