Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support enterprise observability and logging services programs for federal operations. The role focuses on programmatic, operational, and process support for Splunk and enterprise logging, with coordination across technical teams, stakeholders, and government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience with SharePoint configuration and design.
• Ability to understand enterprise logging and cloud systems and identify training gaps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile sprint activities, daily standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and backlog management.
• Support development, review, refinement, and tracking of user stories and requirements.
• Monitor program activities and ensure alignment with schedules and customer requirements.
• Support change management processes and tracking of infrastructure and application changes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure delivery of artifacts and SOPs.
