Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key business lines. You will translate customer and market insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing or GTM in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Hands-on pricing, packaging, segmentation, and market sizing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers and set clear priorities for high-quality work.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment to launch, adoption, and growth.
