Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to build and lead a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, and product insights into clear positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

You will shape market strategy, define ICPs, and own segmentation and competitive intelligence to inform where the company can win.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related field in B2B SaaS or similar complex solutions.
• 3+ years of people management leading a team.
• Hands-on pricing and packaging experience, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, and launches.
• Experience building customer advocacy programs and case studies tied to revenue growth.
• Proven ability to partner with Enterprise Sales, Product, CS, Finance, and Marketing on complex decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, setting priorities and standards for high-quality work.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business from market assessment through launch and growth.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps, commercialization priorities, and investment decisions.
• Define market and commercial strategy by understanding customers, competitors, market dynamics, and whitespace.
• Own segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis to identify where the company can win.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product investment, revenue planning, and routes to market.
• Lead positioning, messaging, value propositions, buyer insights, and differentiation for assigned businesses.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with Product, Finance, Sales, and leadership.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, major enhancements, and packaging changes.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and enablement to win, retain, and expand customers.
• Identify customer advocates and translate testimonials and case studies into proof points for campaigns and executive audiences.
• Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategies based on results.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.
