Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer and market insights into clear positioning, pricing and packaging, go-to-market strategies, and growth recommendations in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing or GTM strategy in B2B SaaS or similar.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience turning market insights into adoption and revenue growth.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, segmentation, and ICPs.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business, from market assessment through launch and growth.
• Define market and commercial strategy.
• Develop segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and routes to market.
• Own pricing and packaging strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Provide sales and CS teams with narratives, tools, and training.
