RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own marketing for key lines. You will translate market and product insights into positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM strategies, and growth plans, partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

You will coach and develop the team, shape roadmaps, own segmentation and ICPs, guide launches, equip sales with competitive messaging, and track performance to inform investment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing or GTM experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong pricing, packaging, and market analysis skills.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and executive communication.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and launches with product and sales teams.

Responsabilités
