Vetcove is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own high-impact initiatives across veterinary clinic platforms. You’ll define strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and optimize for growth, retention, and platform scalability.

You’ll collaborate with account managers, onboarding, engineering, data, design, and support to deliver measurable business impact. You’ll lead complex programs from discovery to launch, monitor KPIs, and ensure quality through robust QA processes while mentoring

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Ability to define and execute product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Experience shipping scalable, high-quality SaaS solutions.
• Strong data-driven decision making with KPIs and experimentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; influence senior stakeholders.
• Customer-obsessed with user research and interviews.
• Organizational leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system design.

Responsabilités

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for key platform areas.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Synthesize feedback and data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; drive adoption, engagement, retention and revenue.
• Align with engineering, design, data, onboarding and support on requirements and tradeoffs.
• Create product requirements, user stories, and technical specs for clarity.
• Lead QA processes and define acceptance criteria for quality deliveries.
• Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across teams.
• Partner on go-to-market and enablement; support feature adoption with training.
