Job summary

Vetcove is seeking a Senior Customer & Content Marketing Manager to own content and programs that inform, engage, and connect clinics to Vetcove. You’ll drive feature announcements, customer stories, and educational resources for pet parents, shaping how clinics use our products.

You’ll partner with Product, Customer Success, Growth, and external partners to turn insights into engaging content, manage end-to-end projects, and help the clinic community thrive with practical resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer/content/marketing, ideally at a B2B software or healthcare company.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for veterinary teams, pet parents, and partners.
• Experience taking content programs from concept through launch with execution responsibility.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendors, and reviews.
• Experience producing video content or coordinating production with external creators.

Responsibilities

• Own Clinic Communications: write feature updates and maintain content calendar.
• Build Our Case Study Program: identify stories, interview clinics, produce case studies.
• Lead Clinic Engagement Programs: manage budget, vendors, logistics.
• Create Pet Parent Educational Content: videos and resources, scripting, experts.
• Bring Content Into Our Products: integrate resources into Home Delivery and platforms.
• Develop Partner Content: collaborate with manufacturers and supply chain.
• Build Scalable Content Processes: create playbooks and workflows.
• Support Vetcove's Brand Presence: shape voice across site and social.
• Measure and Improve Results: track engagement and feedback and refine.
