Job summary

Vetcove in the United States is seeking a Senior Customer & Content Marketing Manager to own content programs that inform clinics, engage customers, and connect them to Vetcove's platform suite across Home Delivery and practice management tools.

You will partner with Product, Customer Success, Growth and external partners to turn product updates and customer insights into useful, engaging resources, manage projects end-to-end, and build scalable content processes that benefit veterinary teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing in B2B software or healthcare.
• Excellent writing/editing; adapt content for clinics, pet parents and partners.
• Experience taking programs from concept to launch with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong project management across multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendors, and reviews.
• Experience producing video content or coordinating production with external creators.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success and partners.
• Editorial judgment and attention to detail; know when expert input is needed.
• Comfort using engagement data and feedback to improve work.
• Ability to work independently and balance creativity with practical execution.
• Genuine interest in veterinary care and helping clinics/pet parents succeed.

Responsibilities

• Own Clinic Communications: plan/write updates about features, keep a consistent calendar/voice.
• Build Our Case Study Program: identify stories, interview clinics, produce case studies.
• Lead Clinic Engagement Programs: manage programs, budget, vendors, logistics and execution.
• Create Pet Parent Educational Content: scripts, videos, resources with subject matter experts.
• Bring Content Into Our Products: partner to make resources available in Home Delivery and PM platforms.
• Develop Partner Content: collaborate with manufacturers to create educational resources.
• Build Scalable Content Processes: playbooks, templates, organized libraries, workflows.
• Support Vetcove's Brand Presence: shape voice across website, social and announcements.
• Measure and Improve Results: track engagement, usage, feedback; refine content and initiatives.
