Vetcove Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap for our veterinary platforms. You will own high-impact initiatives end-to-end, collaborate with engineering, data, design and support, and drive customer growth and retention through data-informed decisions.

You will monitor performance, define success metrics, and guide onboarding and go-to-market efforts, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional alignment and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience owning complex product areas and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and ship scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for key areas and roadmap.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to improve adoption, engagement, and revenue.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams.
• Create clear product requirements, user stories, and specs.
• Lead QA processes and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor junior PMs and influence stakeholders across departments.
• Support go-to-market and enablement with training materials.
