Vetcove is seeking a Senior Customer & Content Marketing Manager to lead content and programs that keep veterinary clinics informed and connected. You will drive feature updates, customer stories, and pet-parent education, partnering with Product, Customer Success, Growth, and external partners to turn insights into useful resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing in a B2B software or healthcare setting.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to simplify complex topics for clinics, pet parents, and partners.
• Experience launching content programs from concept to launch with hands-on execution.
• Solid project management across multiple workstreams, deadlines, vendors, and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own clinic communications: write features, offerings, and product updates and maintain a consistent calendar and voice.
• Build the case study program: interview clinics, capture results, and produce materials for website and campaigns.
• Lead clinic engagement programs: manage budgets, vendor relations, logistics, and rewards.
• Create pet parent educational content: script, coordinate experts, produce and review videos and resources.
• Integrate content into products: collaborate with Product for Home Delivery and practice management platforms.
• Develop partner content with manufacturers to educate clinics and pet parents.
• Build scalable content processes: create playbooks and templates, streamline review and publishing workflows.
• Support Vetcove's brand: shape voice across website, social, and external announcements.
• Measure results: track engagement and feedback to refine content and prioritize new initiatives.
