Job summary

Vetcove, a fast-growing veterinary software platform, is seeking an experienced operations/program manager to own vendor performance and partner relationships while leveraging data to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, build SOPs, and scale operations across the US in a fully remote role.

Strong SQL, Excel, and BI tools are required, with 5-8 years of experience in related fields and a passion for veterinary care.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operations or marketplace roles.
• Proven track record managing external partnerships.
• Strong data analysis with SQL and Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Self-directed, highly organized in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance cadence across fulfillment vendors.
• Manage partner relationships including meetings and reviews.
• Analyze large datasets to identify root causes and quantify impact.
• Translate operational issues into product/engineering requirements.
• Own SOPs and KPIs for new initiatives.
• Develop scalable vendor operations documentation.
