Job summary

Vetcove is seeking an Associate Product Manager in the United States to bridge product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. You will translate user feedback into actionable insights, support launches, and help scale processes as we grow.

You will synthesize clinic and pet-parent feedback, draft requirements and release notes, monitor KPIs, and coordinate sprint planning. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 1+ year in product operations, strong communication, and curiosity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1+ years in product operations, business operations, project coordination, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with data, dashboards, or basic analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches with go-to-market activities and training materials.
• Coordinate discussions with integration partners and engineering teams for new integrations.
• Synthesize user feedback from clinics, pet parents, and stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Draft and maintain product docs, user stories, and release notes for clarity across teams.
• Track KPIs and compile reports to keep product managers informed of metrics.
• Assist with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-team communication.
