Job summary

Smart IMS Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote, 15-month contract. The role requires coordinating with product and IT teams, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely releases across multiple domains.

You will analyze dependencies, align roadmaps, and drive critical product decisions for middle-office capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management, Agile experience, and a track record of delivering complex software projects.

Qualifications

• Experience writing business requirements, user stories and workflows.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record in delivering product enhancements and communicating status to stakeholders.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for product and IT partners to document resources and align roadmaps.
• Manage readiness backlogs and ensure timely delivery across program increments.
• Coordinate internal release logistics and maintain visibility on key deliverables.
• Track production releases and maintain Product Catalog documentation.
• Provide thought leadership on demand needs and process improvements.
• Facilitate issue resolution and retrospectives among stakeholders.
