Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a senior Product Strategy Lead for GRC and RMIS to drive strategy and execution across a portfolio of governance, risk, and compliance solutions. The role collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Design, Architecture, Marketing, and stakeholders, while guiding AI-enabled SDLC practices and data-driven decision making.

Remote-friendly in the United States with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in RMIS and/or GRC space.
Experience in a product, product-adjacent, or product-informed role.
Strategic understanding of competitive positioning and market dynamics within RMIS/GRC.
Proven track record of taking a product vision through execution.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support Product Managers and Product Analysts across GRC and RMIS products/modules.
Define and execute product strategy aligned with commercial objectives and market needs.
Translate competitive insights into clear product vision and prioritized roadmaps.
Own and oversee roadmaps across multiple products or modules.
Develop knowledge of the GRC/RMIS competitive landscape and market trends.
Engage with customers to understand pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
Use KPIs, metrics, and customer insights to validate roadmap priorities.
