MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a senior Product Strategy Lead for GRC/RMIS to guide product strategy and execution across GRC and RMIS solutions. Qualifications

• 8+ years of RMIS and/or GRC experience.
• Experience in product, product-adjacent, or product-informed roles.
• Strategic understanding of competitive positioning and market dynamics in RMIS/GRC.
• Proven track record of delivering a product vision to execution.
• Ability to translate domain expertise into clear strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong communication of product value to stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of SDLC processes and technologies.
• Analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with commercial objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead and mentor PMs and Analysts across RMIS/GRC products.
• Translate competitive insights into roadmaps and priorities.
• Own roadmaps across multiple products or modules.
• Develop knowledge of the RMIS/GRC competitive landscape and buyer needs.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Use KPIs and data to validate priorities and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing and other product leaders.
• Support launches and rollout of new functionality and solutions.
