MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Lead for GRC and RMIS to steer strategy and execution across multiple risk and compliance products. You will mentor PMs, translate market dynamics into a roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.

Expect a strong emphasis on AI-safe practices throughout the SDLC. The role supports a remote US-based work arrangement, with a direct path to leadership reporting to the Director

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RMIS/GRC experience or equivalent.
• Experience in product roles (PM, PO, product marketing, etc.).
• Ability to translate market needs into product roadmaps and strategies.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with commercial goals and market opportunities.
• Lead and mentor PMs/modellers across GRC/RMIS products.
• Translate competitive insights into a clear product vision and prioritized roadmaps.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote responsible AI usage within product discovery and SDLC.
