Job summary

Smart IMS Inc. seeks a Business/Change Management Analyst to support enterprise project and change initiatives in a remote capacity. You will coordinate deliverables, manage documentation, track requests, and facilitate communications across business, technical, and vendor teams.

You will apply strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to ensure activities and processes align with program objectives and are audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large IT projects, PMO functions, or change management.
• Strong documentation and deliverable management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Ability to produce status reports and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Support project and change management activities across the lifecycle.
• Track deliverables, requests, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain project databases, logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, teams, and vendors on deliverables.
• Review design, test plans, and work plans and ensure reviews happen.
• Monitor workflows and route items for review and approval.
• Support operational requests and ensure process compliance.
• Serve as central contact for change management activities and communications.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc project status reports and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure documentation is stored, versioned, and audit-ready.
