MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group seeks a Senior Group Product Manager for GRC & RMIS to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of risk management solutions. You will steer roadmaps, guide cross-functional teams, and articulate a compelling product vision in a remote-capable US role.

The role emphasizes running a player/coach team, mentoring Product Managers, and embedding responsible AI practices across the SDLC while partnering with engineering and marketing to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RMIS and/or GRC experience within a product or product-adjacent role.
• Strategic understanding of competitive positioning and market dynamics.
• Proven track record turning vision into executable roadmaps.
• Ability to translate domain expertise into clear product strategy.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and data-driven decision making.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Product Managers and Analysts across RMIS/GRC.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Translate competitive insights into a clear roadmap and priorities.
• Own roadmaps across multiple products or modules.
• Develop knowledge of RMIS/GRC landscape, pricing, and trends.
• Engage with customers to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Use KPI and analytics to validate priorities and outcomes.
• Research AI trends to influence strategy and differentiation.
• Promote responsible AI use throughout SDLC.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and leadership.
