MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group seeks a Senior Product Strategy Lead for GRC/RMIS to guide product strategy and execution across a GRC/RMIS portfolio. Remote within the United States with travel up to 20% and direct collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.

You will mentor product managers, translate market insights into roadmaps, and promote responsible AI use in the SDLC to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RMIS/GRC experience and senior product exposure.
• Strategic shift from market insights to roadmaps and execution.
• Strong SDLC understanding and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Managers and Analysts across GRC/RMIS products.
• Define and execute strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Translate competitive insights into clear roadmaps and priorities.
• Own roadmaps across multiple modules and ensure timely delivery.
• Engage customers to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Use KPIs and experimentation to validate priorities and outcomes.
