Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Switchboard to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will own the product vision and roadmap for a customer-facing technology platform that helps teams manage infrastructure, monitor health, and improve operational outcomes. You will partner closely with engineering and customers to align product decisions with technical priorities and deliver a simpler, more effective experience. The position blends product strategy, technical depth, and a strong user experience mindset in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $139,200 – $235,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the product, aligning customer needs with engineering priorities
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tools for operating dedicated instances
• Enhance the customer-facing console for better infrastructure management and health monitoring
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and explain product decisions
• Apply a user experience perspective to product development, working closely with engineering
• Identify opportunities to improve customer migration experiences and incident management

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, particularly in technology or infrastructure domains
• Proven ability to define and execute a product vision and roadmap
• Technical knowledge to engage in discussions about infrastructure and operational trade-offs
• Strong user experience focus, with a track record of simplifying complex workflows
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
