We Insure Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our founding product team and shape the technology platform for the agency of the future. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. 5+ years preferred.
• Experience building broker or agency technology.
• Strong knowledge of the P&C insurance ecosystem including carriers, MGAs, wholesalers, agencies, policy lifecycle, underwriting, and commissions.
• Experience with insurance distribution tech such as agency management systems, CRM and workflow platforms, quoting and rating solutions, carrier portals, APIs, and third-party data providers.
• Proven success delivering high-quality digital products with a strong focus on user experience and adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to own product outcomes from strategy through execution and measure success by business results.
• Proficiency using AI tools to improve productivity, research, problem-solving, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, scoping, sequencing, delivery, launch, and iteration for agency-focused products.
• Map how work gets done across agency sales, service, carrier, and back-office processes to identify friction and opportunities.
• Evaluate when to configure, integrate, partner, or build with clear, evidence-backed recommendations.
• Partner with Carrier Relations, engineering, and external providers on APIs and data exchange.
• Identify practical AI/automation uses to reduce admin work and improve experiences for agents and customers.
• Ship in focused slices and learn from early deployments to reshape plans.
• Define and improve operating, adoption, customer, and financial metrics for each product area.
