You will shape roadmaps, translate strategy into measurable outcomes, and guide teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products and services in a distributed work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience partnering with engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with cloud, API, or data platform development.
• Experience using AI to create repeatable workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, and domain teams to solve complex product and technical challenges.
• Drive product discovery across ambiguous, multi-workstream initiatives using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Own Agile product delivery across Scrum and Kanban environments, including goals, priorities, and backlog management.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options balancing product needs, timelines, and cost.
• Guide technical design discussions, dependencies, and architectural quality considerations.
• Coordinate development efforts and timelines across product owners, project managers, and scrum masters.
• Use data to prioritize work, measure outcomes, and foster evidence-based decision making.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and roadmap clearly to align with broad objectives.
