Job summary

AACI Group is building AI-native insurance agencies and loss-prevention services. As Staff Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product experiences across AACI’s insurance and digital services, rapidly prototyping concepts using AI tools and validating them with stakeholders.

You’ll translate ambitious mission into practical, impactful technology. You will report to the CEO, collaborate with engineering and design, and help shape a roadmap that balances customer value with business goals,

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in software or digital services.
2+ years operating in a startup environment.
Experience launching products that incorporate AI/ML technologies.
Proven cross-functional leadership and influencer skills.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle across AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms.
Prototype concepts quickly using AI-assisted tools.
Maintain documentation for stakeholders and alignment on scope, timelines and decisions.
Define clear success metrics to ensure accountability across teams.
Blend quantitative data and qualitative user feedback to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with the business to align product development with strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and data security best practices.
